Riding school - in charge of the volunteers who came in, sole charge of yard whilst others were teaching Showjumping groom apprentice - exercising, general yard duties, yard management and maintenance

Worked on a busy riding school for 2 years working alongside children and assisting with parents and clients. Since then I’ve worked the last year on an apprentiship at a showjumping livery and competition yard, exercising (schooling, hacking, jumping, lunging and long reining) a variety of full liveries daily and some of their youngsters. As well as all the general yard duties to a very high standard always having the horses best interests in mind. Worked closely with loads of liveries and outside clients who come in for lessons. I’ve worked closely and alongside farriers assisting with a wide range of horses with veterinary concerns or rehab to ensure their feet are balanced and maintained well. Also have assisted vets and physios in routine check ups as well as more specialised visits including tooth extractions and emergency call outs. I have started and been running my own clipping business as well and have regular clients.

Clipping freelance business. High standard of care for horses Experienced rider who has ridden a variety of horses including youngsters in all forms of ridden and non ridden exercise to a high level.

Have ridden a variety of horses from show jumpers to dressage horses and youngsters I’ve brought on.

On a competition yard currently finishing my level 2 apprenticeship. Results due early September. Working at a distinction level.
