The youngest horse I worked with was two years old, and caring for this green horse taught me patience, attentiveness, and the importance of consistency in training and handling. While I have not led teams in a horse-related role, I have held leadership positions in other work environments and understand the importance of clear communication, teamwork, and mutual respect in achieving shared goals and maintaining a healthy, positive workplace.

I have ridden horses on and off for four years, gained one year of hands-on experience working at a stable, and spent one year training as part of a dressage team.
