Filling hay nets and water buckets Feeding horses (making hard feed per instruction/ hay). Turning out and bringing in horses. Grooming (grooming, bathing, rug changes) Picking out feet and checking for injuries. Mucking out.

Type of Ride Work
Used to be once or twice a week normally. All different heights from 13.2hh - 17.2/3hh. Draught horses/ cobs/ warmbloods/ ISH. flatwork, but predominantly I would do hacking mostly. Confident in walk/ trot/ canter/ gallop. I’ve ridden excitable ones who rear or nap and don’t mind, I laugh through it to settle their nerves as they are animals it’s normal. And plods who need a bit more leg. Ones that bolt or do some playful bucks or even spin on the spot.
