BHS Stage 3 in; horse health, anatomy and physiology; fitting tack and equipment; lunging; ride horses over flat and cross country Horse Management: BHS stage 3 equine management, Feeding & Haylage for 23 horses, tacking up, wash down, tack cleaning, turning out & fetching in. Yard work; muck management, tractor driving, building maintenance, stable maintenance, fence maintenance, menage maintenance, weed control, pest control. Groundswork; Paddock maintenance, Poo picking, mucking out, chain harrowing, fencing, water management. Grooming; turn out for competition, clipping, plaiting, hoof picking, rugging, pulling mane, Veterinary: Equine first aid, wound cleaning & dressing, bandaging, experience with cushings, mud fever, laminitis, absesses and general lameness, hold for dental, hold for farrier, hold for vet.
