Bio
Keen show jumper, recently taken time away over the winter as a ski instructor in Japan however looking for summer work back in the UK, I previously owned/loaned horses and kept them on a DIY yard where I also helped care for/ride owners ponies.Duties of Current Occupation
Care of own and families horses as well as occasional care and work for yard owners horses and ponies including mucking out, turnout, feeding, grooming and riding.
Equine Work Experience
Keen showjumper, previous experience doing cross country, hunt relay, working hunter and showing. Have been riding on and off since I was 7 years old and owned/loaned my own horse since I was 12 so have experience caring for my own horse and understand the responsibilities involved. I have also ridden ponies for the yard owner including flatwork, hacking and showjumping.
Type of Ride Work
Mostly showjumping, basic flatwork/dressage, hacking (roads and in Windsor great park/ the new forest) and cross country , competed in showjumping up to 1m also competed in the inter-hunt relay at the county show. Most experience on ponies up to 14,2hh with more recent riding on 15,2hh horses
Competition Details
Competed up to 1m unaffiliated, highlights being riding at the New Forest County Show. Also been a groom at affiliated competitions for other riders.
