i have completed my first year of equine studies at Sparsholt college and i am nearing the end of my second year. having passed my first year i have received my level 3 advanced technical diploma.

i have minimal knowledge working in a professional equine environment however i am willing to learn and will try my hardest with any task that is given to me.

i have aided in running an equine event. i have learned to muck out to a high standards at a good speed. i have just moved on from teaching lead rein lessons to group novice lessons.

i have ridden green horses before both in flat and jumping i also have some experience with troubled horses. my confidence is not easily knocked so i am happy to ride whatever i am required to. i have jumped a course at 90cm this was not on my horse though. when schooling a horse i know how the horse should be going and what i should be doing to get the horse working correctly, i am by no means perfect but i will try my hardest. i have done a little bit of cross country but have no hunting yet.

due to lack of transport i have not had the chance to compete much. i have entered my horse into an Introductory B test and a Preliminary 7 test which in both we got a good percentage but unfortunately can not find the sheet. i have also done the odd dressage test on peoples horses over the years. although i have successfully jumped courses i have not yet entered a show jumping competition. this is only because of lack of transport and facilities to practice in.
