Duties of Current Occupation
Organising, farrier, feed, bedding, physio, vet, dentist, maintenance of farm, staff, visas Looking after horses in the fields, mares and foals, youngsters and retired. Dressage stallion, daily routine. Lorry driver. Polo Tournaments .
Equine Work Experience
Have had years of experience with horses, but you never know everything about horses. You learn something new all the time. Evented up to intermediate, some years ago though now! Team chased. Have hunted most of my life if I have had a horse .Worked on a friends yard for 12 years where there were 25 horses of all disciplines, eventing, driving, point to point, dressage, RC, we ran it together. Got to work in South Africa while managing a yard of polo ponies for a few years. Managed a livery yard of 48, dressage, eventing, showjumping. For five years have been Polo Team Secretary, but have also been riding and looking after dressage horses for the daughter, and bringing on a 2 year old dressage filly that I saw come into the world . Along with 11 other polo pony foals over the years.
