I have no equine related qualifications but I have plenty of hands on experience

I have been working on a competition yard for the past 7 months in which it was my duty to feed horses, clean stables, turn in/out, lunge, tacking/untacking, bathing etc.

I have experience working on a ranch in Portugal for two months, 7 months experience as a home/show groom, going to national and international shows such as Lier, Bolesworth, Cavan and Mullingar. I am capable in all aspects of grooming such as mucking out, tacking and untacking, lunging, bathing etc.

I have experience working with stallions and young horses, I have worked at both national and international shows with up to 14 horses. I am a quick learner with a great work ethic. I have experience with transport as well, I am capable of driving a two horse box lorry and trailer.

I was riding almost everyday on the farm in Portugal and I often ride twice a week on a friends horse. I would love to start jumping but have no experience in it. I would say I am a confident rider but with a lot to learn.

I have been working in a showjumping competition yard for 7 months where I went to a different show almost every weekend (mainly based in Ireland). I had to be very time efficient, able to multi task and be very organised.
