Duties of Current Occupation
I am 16 yrs old and I own an Quarter Horse & compete in western disciplines. I worked part time grooming jobs at different locations. 1 was a riding school/ Livery yard, the other was a stud. Consisted of bringing in turning out, mucking out, feeds.
Equine Work Experience
I've worked at Shedfield riding school on the weekends whilst I was a Livery.
I recently worked part time for a dressage stud.
Specialities
I can muck out to a good standard am quite quick. I like to keep yard clean and tidy. .
I have handled stallions, mares and geldings.
I have assisted with children's lessons. I've had experience training using natural horsemanship.
Type of Ride Work
I have ridden English mainly hacking.
Most of my riding and training has been towards Western reining.
I have helped my mum start her horses.
