Duties of Current Occupation
I turned out the racehorses for the Races, lead them up, washed them off etc.
Equine Work Experience
I have had a Saturday job helping to look after 4 horses locally since I was 11. I have been on work experience with two 5* riders. And I have spent the winter working on a point to point yard, a highlight of which was leading up at a hunter chase at Aintree. I currently have my own Warmblood mare who I am producing with the aim of GB teams in mind.
Type of Ride Work
I have ridden a wide variety of eventing horses including hacking, jumping and schooling. In my last job on a point to point yard I did all the flatwork with the racehorses, and hacked/cantered them.
Competition Details
I have competed in BE (100), BS (105) and BD (Elementary) competitions myself. And I have groomed for 2x 5* riders at competitions.
