Duties of Current Occupation
Day to day management of stables, stable management, lead and back up of trails, first aid, training/ schooling of horses, organizing of trails and riding packages , Staff management, staff training, Hosting and hospitality of clients.
Equine Work Experience
Recently completed BHS Stage 3 Care and Lunge and BHS Stage 2 Coach. Freelance groom services and riding. I have owned, ridden and looked after horses for over 20 years. In the past I have had grooms jobs/sole charge of private yard and then took a break from horses and worked in a busy flower wholesalers for 8 years managing the buying and day to day running of the company. I have completed my BHS stage 1 and 2 riding and horse knowledge and care. (2018) 2013 - I spent 6 months in South Africa after completing my FGASA level 1 at a horse trails and riding establishment (African Dream Horse Safari) caring for the horses and taking clients out on trails in the African bush. 2014 - 2016 Went on to manage Kande Horse Stables and Guest House in Malawi day to day management of the stables, horses trails, guests, staff and lodge.
