During college I completed work experience which helped me pass my level 1 animal care, however I am willing to complete any course that you may offer for equine.

I haven’t worked in a professional equestrian environment but I am very willing to learn how to work in a professional equestrian environment.

For the past 3 months I have helped a friend muck out the horses that they own and kept the general animal cleanliness, everyday the horses are mucked out and fed. The horses are also let into the field whilst they are cleaned out and during the day. I am very quick and efficient when mucking out and can do this to a high standard.When I was younger I used to help my mum and dad muck out horses for about a year.

I have never ridden a horse but I am looking at learning how to ride and the different techniques that can be used.

I haven’t competed or been involved in any competitions that involve equine. I haven’t worked in any competition yards or been in any competitions grooms.
