Duties of Current Occupation
I manage a yard of 9 horses, I’m responsible for everything, from the day to day care of the horses, to sourcing supplies, liaising with vets/physios/farriers etc, putting a worming programme in place, field management, exercising the horses.
Equine Work Experience
I’ve worked in the equestrian industry continuously for 25 years. I’ve worked on a variety of yards, livery, stud, event, showing, riding school. I’m experienced in dealing with problems may they arise, I can give basic first aid, I’ve mentored inexperienced grooms, I’ve groomed at shows in the UK including HOYS.
Type of Ride Work
I’m a confident rider capable of riding fit competition horses.
Competition Details
I done a season of affiliated showing around the UK, I competed in small hunters and large riding horse. I qualified for RI at my first ever show.
