Dedicated Fitness Instructor experienced in developing tailored programs and leading popular group exercise formats (Spinning, HIIT, Aerobics, Circuit Training). Now seeking new opportunities.
Equine Work Experience
I have extensive hands-on experience with horses, having grown up assisting with daily operations on a professional stable in Germany. This involved comprehensive stable management duties such as feeding, turning out, grooming, and tacking horses. In 2020, after moving to the UK, I began structured riding lessons which significantly advanced my skills beyond walk and trot. These lessons provided me with a solid foundation in correct riding technique and introduced me to basic jumping. I consider my current skill level to be intermediate, and I am keen to further develop my abilities, being a very quick and adaptable learner.
Type of Ride Work
My foundational skill set in basic jumping and cross country has been largely developed through working with geldings. Nevertheless, I am thoroughly familiar with the distinct and specific handling often required when riding mares.
