I went to Hadlow college for a year and completed my level one horse care with a double graded distinction merit which I was so happy about and I also passed my maths and English at Hadlow college

I’m looking for a job in horses

I have had 3 equine jobs

1: poo picking in this job I had to do 2 hours on a Sunday off poo picking for a elderly lady who couldn’t do it any more

2: apple tree riding school in this job I had to work 5-6 days a week tacking horse show for lesson and assisting lessons ,taking kids out on pony rides and hacks and also muck out / poo pick and check the horses are all okay

3: Athena heard in this job it was really different as to all the other jobs as they don’t believe in natural horsemanship so these horses where on a track system and I had to bring them in and pick their feet out and check them for any wounds / cuts I also had to poo pick the track and tie up haynets around the trees so that the horses are constantly walking around I also had to clean out water troofs and I also had to work with special needs people as Athena herd work with special needs people for the peoples therapy.

I have worked at apple tree stables which is a riding school so I have worked with all different types off horses and pony’s , some was more hot headed then others so I’ve worked and ridden a verity off horses/ pony’s . In this job I also had to bring in / turn out / muckout and tack up a certain amount off horses/pony’s before the lessons started so I was under a time set to do all off this before the horses needed to be in the sand school ready for their lesson

I have ridden a 12.2 showjumping pony for Duckhurst farm I used to look after her as I didn’t have my own pony .I then got my first pony which I done everything on showjumping - cross country - beach - hack she then retired and now is just turned out.I then got a 15.2 showjumping pony which was abit to fizzy for me and really knocked my confidence in jumping so we then sold her back to her old owner And I then bought my pony I have got now which is a14.2 showjumper and he can be abit fizzy

I have competed at loads off shows I have jumped at Duckhurst farm , petly wood, rooting street , ploughing match ,Hadlow college , and hickstead . My main achievement was jumping at hickstead sunshine tour I come 12th out off 50 riders which was a massive achievement for me .
