Day to day yard duties, ridden work and sole charge on private yard.
Equine Work Experience
I set up my own freelance groom business and worked for a number of different clients. I helped with the day to day care of these horses as well as exercising them through ridden work, longing and long-reining. As well as this I began the backing process with two unbroken mares, one of which went in to a successful loan home and is now being ridden regularly. I have worked on a private yard with 3 horses and 4 Shetland ponies, both sole charge and managing a junior member of staff

Type of Ride Work
I have ridden variety of horses through riding schools and client horses. I can successfully walk, trot, canter and jump and feel confident to ride a variety of horses.
