General yard duties, turn in and out, feeding, exercising, field management.

I have been around horses my whole life as my mum worked at riding school and brought me up riding the ponies there. From there I loaned ponies and competed them at local level. Before moving onto horses I helped a friend with backing one of her ponies and schooling one of her others ready to sell. I then got my first loan horse - an ex broodmare - and reschooled her and produced her myself. I have recently bought my first horse - a 5 year old ex racer - who I hope to eventually event. I have done basic groundwork and schooled her myself to walk, trot, canter and jump. I did a year at Bishop Burton and whilst there did a weeks work experience at Amy Woodhead's dressage yard.

I am a hardworking and dependable worker. I have good time keeping skills. I am committed and self-motivated with a drive and passion to do well. I work well both alone and in a team. I am ambitious and think this job would be a wonderful opportunity for me.

I have experience in all disciplines with a range of horses. I excel in showjumping.

I have competed in unaffiliated showjumping, dressage and local level showing and working hunter due to only just acquiring my own horse.
