Just my voluntary work at Elswick Equestrian Centre for approximately 3 years
Duties of Current Occupation
I did use to work at Elswick Equestrian centre when I was 14, I really enjoyed it. I would groom the horses, make sure they had enough hay, clean the stables, ride them and walk with them with people on during paid sessions
Equine Work Experience
I have experience and a passion for horses. I do my best to keep horses/ponies in great condition, but also a very good rider, however I haven’t done any horse riding for some time so will be excited
Specialities
Mostly worked with just stallions, I love shire horses and Shetland ponies too which I have experience with. At Elswick, we did work as a team but as I grew more independent I would be able to do things on my own and start to offer people help
Type of Ride Work
I’ve done hacks in Australia along the beach and as mentioned above at Elswick Equestrian centre and jumping hurdles.
