Equine Work Experience
Hi There!
My name is Eva, I live in Leeds for my full time job as a Designer. Before designing I worked full time as a home / show groom at Rio Grande for Marie Edgar, for who I continued to work for on weekends when she needed an extra member of staff.
I have been thinking of doing some freelance grooming on weekends - in need of an emergency staff member, or some extra help on show days, to be on call. I understand not every yard will be open to this, but I really miss working with horses and would love to lend a helping hand, even if it means someone else gets the day off!
I used to own my own horses and have competed to a high level - showjumping internationally. I can lunge, clip, turn out and tack up to a high standard - and have dealt with horses of all ages.
