I have Level 1, 2 and 3 BHS Horse Owners Certificates, and I'm looking into completing my BHS Stage 1, 2 and 3

I started at a riding school in burnage, Leicestershire where I learnt my basic riding knowledge, I worked there and gained experience for the first 4 years, this gave me my confidence and from there I worked at a livery yard in Elmsthorpe, this involved various types of horses including ex racers, I have also been loaning horses privately for the past 4 years, including ex racers that I loan now.

I have been involved with horses for the last 7 years and worked with various horses/breeds/ages/abilities etc. I am confident around new horses and will ride in any area ie. dressage, schooling, jumping. I am able to complete all yard jobs and can prepare horses for any occasion.

I ride in any area, I don't have a preference, I can do dressage, show jumping, flatwork, schooling, hacking, I don't faze away from riding new horses or trying new things, these also give me confidence and the urge to learn new things.

I haven't got a huge competition background as haven't had the horses to compete, I've taken part in small competitions but nothing extravagant, however I am willing to learn more in this area and develop confidence, I have however taken part in the preparation for shows, in the prep of horses, transport and the set up of the shows themselves
