I have my B+ standard of efficiency (advanced riding and horse care assessment) and my step one riding instructor qualification.

Duties of Current Occupation
I have been a riding instructor at camp America for children between the ages of 6 & 15, my duties involved teaching in the arena & going on treks. I’ve also worked on a busy and professional livery yard, prepping horses for viewings & mucking out.
Equine Work Experience
I have been surrounded by horses since a very young age, and luckily had several of my own since the age of 2. I am more than happy to get on any horse, and have done so. I have earned my B+ standard of efficiency so i feel i am very competent in my horse knowledge and ability. I worked for 2 months in the USA teaching children and teenagers (who of which had a range of abilities) how to either start learning how to ride or how to improve the skills that they had already obtained. I worked on a livery yard for around a year completing general yard duties as well as prepping horses ready for sale. I also ride several of my friends youngsters for them.
Specialities
I’ve rode a variety of horses, ranging in ages and heights. I worked well with a tight knit group of 6 in the USA, but would be more than happy to lead a team.
Type of Ride Work
I have ridden a range of horses, dressage, showjumpers, hunters and eventers. My main discipline is showjumping.
Competition Details
I have regularly competed my horse in showjumping (affiliated & unaffiliated) arena eventing and worked on a busy competition yard.
