July 2021- Dressage-Training and Livery Yard Working with high level competition horses enhanced my understanding into the individual needs of performance animals. This opportunity allowed me to handle more intense personalities but also tasks such as: o Turning horses in and out o Preparing horses for turnout o Hoof Maintenance o Tacking up o Mucking out o Filling water buckets and haynets o Competition preparation o Travel preparation o Cleaning tack Summer 2018-2019- Riding School Over the space of these summers I was able to gain experience within the busy routine of a working riding school. My duties included: o Filling haynets and water buckets o Competition preparation o Mucking out/ skipping out o Cleaning stables o Turning horses in and out o Tacking horses up o Cleaning tack
