Duties of Current Occupation
Groom/Rider/Trainee riding instructor at a local riding school and livery yard Volunteered and school work experience at an equestrian centre and livery yard
Equine Work Experience
Passion started as a small child beginning with weekly riding lessons and pony club at age 6 and that passion as not faded. I have worked at a small riding school and livery yard for 2.5 years. Beginning with volunteer work then completing an NVQ level 2 apprenticeship which then became a full time job. Also have done work experience at a stud farm in my teens.
Specialities
Have experience handling eventers, ex racehorses, young stock, difficult horses and even some experience with young stallions Assisting with handling/restraining horses for vets, farrier and chiropractor etc. I am a confident advanced level rider and will ride any horse or pony you give me. I am currently a guinea pig rider for green, young, difficult or spooky horses I am very fit and can walk long distances in difficult terrain to catch horses I have experience sole working on a yard
