Duties of Current Occupation
Previously worked on a large livery yard for 2 years doing general yard duties (mucking out, turn out/bring ins, poo picking etc) and exercising horses (both groundwork and ridden)
Equine Work Experience
I have lifelong experience through owning my own, as well as being a member of the Pony Club. I have over 4 years experience working with competition horses (primarily showjumpers), and have competed up to 1.15m BSJA on my own horse. I have 2 years experience working on a large livery yard, working with a variety of horses and completing all aspects of daily yard duties.
Specialities
Lots of experience with nappy and highly strung horses. Confident with schooling nappy horses and getting them back to a normal, safe standard of work. Also highly experienced in groundwork with rude/dangerous horses to handle. Consistent results with re-establishing manners.
Type of Ride Work
. I showjump competitively . Some experience with low level eventing/ xc (through the pony club) . Experienced with the key principles of proper flatwork. . Experienced with nappy horses.
