Duties of Current Occupation
Currently employed part time as a sales assistant at Currys PC world whilst working with horses in my spare time. Wanting to turn horses into a full time career.
Equine Work Experience
I have been working with horses since I was 16 (4 years) and i have accumulated a lot of experience in the form of volunteer work, work experience (over 400 hours), ownership and employment. Over the years I have learned about the basics of equine husbandry as well as learning how to ride confidently in walk, trot, canter and gallop. My jumping skills are limited to approximately 1 metre but jumping is a discipline I really enjoy and want to improve upon but I am currently unable to develop it any further due to my horses health issues.I am hoping to build on my existing skills to become a better horse owner and rider.
Type of Ride Work
I am open to any type of ridden work but I tend to do a lot of hacking and flatwork with my mare. Jumping is one of my favourite disciplines.
Competition Details
I do not have a competition record as I haven't had the opportunity to do so, however, given the chance it is something I have a lot of interest in and I would be willing to put in any work necessary to develop my skills.
