Equine Work Experience
Helped, and then worked on a busy riding school/livery yard for 6+ years, taking sole-charge on weekends. This role included, but was not limited to: organising staff, preparing horses for lessons, and interacting with clients, tack fitting, locking up, haying/feeding (administering medications if needed), bandaging, clipping, lungeing, exercising. Owned a variety of ponies/horses (to bring on, and to keep) Taught beginner/novice lessons, incl. RDA riders

I have mainly been trained in showjumping, having competed up to 1m10 BSJA on ponies, and 1m05 classes on horses.
