I have a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Equine Management and Behaviour from Hadlow College.

Shardeloes has 3 livery yards and a riding school yard. I work on all of them, my daily routine is feeding and making feeds, bringing in and turning out, haying, mucking out, poo picking, keeping yards tidy and overall care of the horses.

From the age of 10 I worked as a Stable Helper at Lee Valley Riding Centre. This involved mucking out, turning in and out, poo-picking the fields, tacking and un-tacking, grooming, watering, keeping the yard tidy, leading clients during lessons and hacks and cleaning tack

I am now an adult volunteer at Lee Valley. I have also been on work experience placements at Talland School of Equitation, Twemlows Stud Farm, Country Farm Stud and the British Thoroughbred Rehabilitation Centre.Worked at shardeloes as a groom for 3years.

I under-take yard duties as part of my course and lead first year students at Greenwich Equestrian Centre.

I have many years experience working on the yard. I turn out to a high standard and am efficient and focussed. I've been a groom for three years working on the livery yards and the riding school yard. I look after external clients horses, recently we rescued yearlings and I have been able to work with them. I work with children with SEND and have worked in the past with adults with SEND.

I have been riding since the age of 10. I had lessons at Lee Valley for 6 years and was a member of Pony Club. I rode at Hadlow college twice a week. I did flat work and jumping. I have ridden horses with behavioural problems and green and young horses. I ride twice a week at shardeloes and have some sessions on the mechanical horse.

I have been on several riding holidays at Wellington stables and I rode daily during my three week work experience at Talland.
