I did my Pony Club 'D' test several years ago, but I have not done any tests/badges since then however I have gained much more experience since that test.

I have work experience carrying out typical yard duties and exercising horses on two previous yards (Jill Carenza Equestrian, and Stag Lodge Stables). I evented my mare last season at 90cm but unfortunately have not competed since then due to Covid-19 and having to do my GCSEs (which I have now finished).

I ensure that all of my work is done to a high standard, with horse welfare constantly being my top priority. I am an efficient, and conscientious worker and I am always willing to learn more skills and be part of a team. When I have worked at my previous yards, I would take care of younger & disabled children as well as taking adults/older children out on hacks. I have also helped to teach young children about caring for horses, e.g. grooming, mucking out, etc.

My main discipline is eventing, but I enjoy working with as many different types of horses as I can. I have hunted and team chased, as well as doing some polo previously. I have ridden/schooled a series of different horses, including youngsters, show jumpers, green horses, hunters, eventers, polo horses, 'problem' horses, as well as showjumpers and dressage horses.

I have evented at 90cm, as well as doing some local shows/competitions at 90/95cm. I represented the North Cotswold Hunt Pony Club last year in the 90cm showjumping, as well as representing their eventing team in 2019, at 80cm.
