Our small but busy and successful yard is looking for a confidant rider, ideally with experience in the horseracing industry but this is not essential if you have a high level of riding experience or ability and want to transition from other equestrian disciplines. However the ability to ride is a necessity of the job. • You should also be able to carry out stable duties to a high standard and be able to work as part of a small busy team. Accommodation on site is available.

Instructor for a well established riding school in Dorney, near Windsor, Berkshire. We pride ourselves on maintaining a loyal clientele and have been operating for over 40 years. We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed member of staff to join our already talented team.
We have had a working student internship program for 2 decades. Many of our graduates have gone on to accomplish great things in the horse industry. If you are successful, you will leave with a fantastic reference and letter of recommendation in addition to gaining an invaluable amount of experience. What will you gain? Exactly what you put in. We love to work with students who can use this internship for college credit too, but that is not mandatory. International candidates welcomed.
We are located in the piney woods of East Texas and need couple or single person to manage and train if a couple. We have 31 horses, 6 National Champions. We provide custom log home, vehicle, salary plus commission on sale. Must pass background check and drug test. No smoking or pets. I haven’t completed any equine courses.
At the moment I am a stable groom at mount Mascal Stables where I feed, muck out, turn out all the horses on the yard ect.
I am currently working on a BHS yard and I have been working here since October. When I was younger I used to be a helper at the yard and look after the horses. My horse is also stabled at this yard aswell.
At the moment we have two foals on the yard who I have to look after and have turned them out numerous amounts of time.
I would say I turn out to a hight standard as I make sure I listen to what all the livery’s ask me to do with there horses for example what they should be turned out in and the times they would like them out by. I muck out 9 horses in 3hrs this includes waters, bedding down and hay nets being done.
I have ridden a verity of horses from problem horses to green horses. My horse who I have now is very spookey, nervous and she used to bronk when she got scared but I have now got her out of that habit and working on her ground work to get her more balanced.
I have competed but only in small competition shows as my horse isn’t ready to do any large competing shows.
