Routine daily checks of site systems and equipment Minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, mechanical and other maintenance and repairs to site Arranging and supervising contractual works Liaising with tenants for evening lets Goods in work
Equine Work Experience
I volunteer at a Horse Sanctuary where I help with regular stable duties, fencing*, shelters* (*construction, repair & maintenance), ground works, materials transport, wrangling, grooming, walking with lead rope and any other duties the sanctuary requires.
Also I can ride but am a bit out of practice.
Specialities
Competent with the use of most power tools both electrical and fuel driven. (Have a lot of my own tools for most jobs) Experience in Carpentry, grounds keeping, minor plumbing and electrical works. Owner of a full clean UK driving licence with A, B & C permits and looking to officially add +E (trailer permit) to by B & C licence. Experience driving and maintaining tractors and other plant machinery. (Although no official tickets) Good time management, prioritising tasks & methodical worker
