Equine Work Experience
I have had experience volunteering for my local stables which I did for about 4 years. My duties involved mucking out the stables, yard cleaning, feeding the horses, grooming and tacking up before lessons, turning out and leading horses during riding lessons. I would often help younger children during their lessons whether they needed help mounting up, being helped along the lessons or just for some support. I also have some experience riding. I can walk, trot, canter and ride over jumps.
