I started my career as a volunteer in a local RDA riding school, helping out with general yard duties, leading horses on rides, assisting as side help for less able bodied riders. I continued with this up until the age of 16 where this turned to paid work and began to include some coaching. Once exhausting what I could learn from this yard, I made my way around various yards picking up and improving my skills as a general yard groom, show groom, coach, and teaching pony club sessions both off and on the horse. At 17 I worked full time as a home groom through the summer until moving to University at 18. There I studied BSc Equine Sports Science and Coaching. I completed two years of this degree, whilst working on the university yard. Since leaving university I have worked as a home/show groom for an Olympic rider, managing staff and exercising fit competition horses.I worked there for well over a year until moving to work in a corporate dressage barn.

My regular riding has consisted of riding school horses, youngsters, and up to and including Grade A show jumpers
