Duties of Current Occupation
Receiving and responding to customer complaints via email and telephone. Giving information and helping solve customer problems. Arranging services for customers e.g. hotels/transfers. Processing complaints, if necessary issuing a refund.
Equine Work Experience
I have learned to ride horses from age 4 to 11. From then I have always had my own horses. I have competed in many shows and showjumping days. I have placed high and qualified for Great British Championships in Show Jumping.
I am always given opportunities to ride other peoples horses also, as they see my skill and confidence to bring on their own.
I have dealt with all different kinds of horses, many different breeds, ages and heights. I have also helped break in my friends pony from being a colt, which he is now kept as a stallion.
I have lunged, long reined, hacked, jumped, cross country, leading, showing and much more!
I currently have a 2 year old gelding which I am breaking myself. I have had him for 9 months now and currently taking it slow before backing him. I have learned a lot from having a youngster and it has brought my confidence on even further.
I am waiting for lockdown to come to an end so I can join a local pony club and excel in the equine industry

Type of Ride Work
I have done all hacking, schooling, going out on the cart, showjumping, cross country, showing and a little bit of dressage.
Competition Details
I have competed in local shows, leamside and edenwell.
I am hoping to get to some county shows with my youngster this year if they still go ahead and next year attend the The Royal Welsh Show in Wales.
I also have a certificate off qualifying for the Greath British Championships in Show Jumping.
