Organising daily tasks, helping to co-ordinate the team, bandaging, lunging, feeding, long reining and working with horses on the treadmill and water treadmill, salt chamber and spa, working with the veterinary team

I became involved with horses at 14 years old and since then they have become my passion, career and life. At 18 I joined the National Stud in Hungary and part of that placement saw me move here to England and to the world-renowned Shadwell Stud in 2012. Since being here I have had the pleasure of working with some of the best bred horses and spent every day learning, working with mares and foals, yearling to stallions, as well horses in training during their rehabilitation from injuries. I have gathered great experience and knowledge which has seen me progress from student to Yard Foreman, capable of bandaging, lunging, feeding, long reining and working with horses on the treadmill and water treadmill, salt chamber and spa. I have also worked with the veterinary team helping to care for the horses with any treatments they may need and seeing them back to full health. I am also capable of driving tractors with trailers.

I have worked with mares, foals and stallions. Working horses on the treadmill, salt chamber, water treadmill, spa and swimming the horses. I have also spent time working at the sales, as well as driving the 3.5t horsebox. Working currently as a Yard Foreman a role of which I have now been in for three years, leading a team of around twenty staff. I like to set and maintain high standards, not just of my own, but in the team I lead.

I have experience riding fit racehorses and also doing rehabilitation work with them. I also have experience breaking in yearlings, lunging, long reining and riding them away, something that I take immense pride in.
