Equine Work Experience
At the moment I break and school horses at a livery yard in Irvine and have lots of references if needed from people that’s horses I have worked with. I have an amazing personality and am very reliable when it comes to being on time and having everything done etc.
Specialities
I have worked with all sorts of horses/ ponies from mares and foals, stallions and competition horses. I own my own pony also and I’m sponsored by a transport company. I am very hardworking and get my head down and get on with what I’m meant to be doing and I always make sure everything’s done to a very high standard. I always clean up after myself so that everything’s all kept nice and tidy.
Type of Ride Work
I have ridden all sorts of horses from breaking and schooling a couple wild horses to bringing on young and green horses, my pony just turned 4 and I’ve had him since he was a foal so all the work that’s been done with him has all been by myself and is very bombproof, he is now out competing and never comes home without a rosette. Flatworm is a big part of schooling before I even think about starting to jump a horse. I have jumped up to 1.10 course and 1:40 on its own.
Competition Details
I’ve competed at various yards from Morris equestrian, Muirmil equestrian etc with all different times of horses I’ve only competed in the unaffiliated shows and qualifiers at the moment with me being busy with other horses I’ve not had time to get to the bigger shows.
