Duties of Current Occupation
Experience with all normal groom duties, including sole charge, and driving 7.5t horse lorry (with CPC).
Equine Work Experience
I have 8 years of experience working on yards since I started as a teenager. My formative experience was mostly based on a livery yard but I have since worked on a small competition yard. I worked freelance for a time in addition to a part time job and have since enjoyed focusing on my study and my own horse.
Type of Ride Work
I’m a small lightweight rider with experience in exercising a variety of horses from young horses to seasoned eventers. I am happy to hack, school and lunge. I have had some experience in starting a horse under instruction and I would love to continue to develop this skill.
Competition Details
I have participated in a variety of disciplines including British Dressage and British Eventing. At present, I have taken a break to focus on completing my undergraduate degree but I have enjoyed hacking and schooling my own horse in the meantime.
