Equine Work Experience
I have been working and completing my bhs stages since I was 16yrs old. Have worked in bhs approved riding schools around Northamptonshire and now run a freelance groom/instructor business.
I’ve completed my bhs exams including my stage 3 and ptt ( 2016)
I’ve worked as part of a team or individually, Worked alongside a Variety of clients including adults and children and horses/ponies
Specialities
Have been self employed working in various yards. Have handled a variety of horses including some hunters, ex racers, show horse, riding school ponies, have done a little with mares and foals. Handled some youngsters too.
Type of Ride Work
I retrained my 6 yr old ex racer who had a year off the track I’ve ridden green horses and young horses, I’ve hacked a few ex hunter horses I’ve had my own horse aswell
I can flat and jump but confidence in jumping needs work. I’m more of a dressage rider
