Duties of Current Occupation
General yard duties, grooming, pulling, plaiting, clipping. Exercising horses.
Equine Work Experience
I have not yet worked full time on a yard however having the experience of owning and competing my own and other people’s horses I know the industry fairly well. I have experience in breaking, training, schooling and eventing young horses at an amateur level.
Type of Ride Work
I have ridden a lot of troublesome horses the past few years which has taught me a lot. I am currently retraining an ex-racehorse to eventually BE, he is very sensitive and has a lot of outbursts so we try to take things slow. Previously I rode a lot of hunters, polo ponies, and young horses for small business.
Competition Details
I have competed in various local events and venues such as Lands, team chasing, dressage and showjumping.
