Duties of Current Occupation
I currently work at a yard and my duties include, General horse care: mucking out, exercising horses ( eg hacking, flat,pole work, jumping, lunging, in hand. I also assist customers with introductions/ assessments.
Equine Work Experience
I have been around horses for 9 years and assisted with riding for the disabled RFTD. I often attend common ridings in my local area ( the borders). I also have quad driving experience if it comes in handy.
Specialities
I have mainly worked at riding schools with all types of horses ranging from plod along cobs to forward and green/ young ISH TB and draughts.
Type of Ride Work
I mainly expertise in the flat and jumping, and have done fun rides/ common rides for 6 years now. Although I haven’t explored the equine world to its fullest yet I am really willing and keen to learn to adapt myself to become the best version for you or your yards needs.
Competition Details
I have not competed or worked in the competition side of equine as there are not many opportunities where I am based. I am very keen and willing to learn and have attention to detail, problem solving skills when it comes to doing something I love. I am willing to relocate with the option to live in as I do not drive unfortunately but I am learning.
