I am currently studying to complete my BHS stage 1, and plan to gain more qualifications with a final goal of being able to teach.

15 years experience riding and working around horses. Competed in dressage up to novice level and 1m in show jumping. I also have experience in cross country. I have lots of experience in daily stable tasks, such as mucking out, both straw and shavings, handling horses, filling hay nets, etc. I have worked as a Sunday morning stable hand for 7 years. I also have unpaid work experience at a Riding for the Disabled Centre, Equine Veterinary practices, a stud centre, and an equine embryo transplantation centre.

I am competent in schooling, flatwork and jumping, hacking, and cross country. I have some experience in lunging, but this is an area I wish to improve. I have lots of confidence with all types and temperaments of horses.
