Duties of Current Occupation
Currently employed as a stud hand where I have worked through a busy foaling season and yearling sales preparation. My duties include, turning horses out, putting on the walker, feeding, mucking out, holding horses for the vet and farrier.
Equine Work Experience
Broodmare owner Pre-apprenticeship course - The National Stud Stud Hand experience - Cheveley Park Stud, Car Colston Hall Stud, Whatton Manor Stud. Yearling sales preparation 2020 and 2021. July and December mare sales 2017. December mare sales 2020. Equine welfare assistant Bransby Horses 2019.

-Experienced on busy yards so extremely capable of mucking out quickly to a high standard. -Confident handling difficult horses. -Capable of working independently and off my own initiative as well as being a good team player and getting on well with all my colleagues. -I enjoy and feel I am good at physically hard work and keeping fit. -I can confidently monitor pregnant mares and assist foalings.
