Equine Work Experience

Cranleigh school equestrian centre: Helped exercise the horses, assist in riding lessons and carried out general yard jobs (mucking out, poo picking feeding, turning out, including changing rugs and giving medication). Also helped with painting the stables

Judy Bradwell: morning yard routine, including mucking out, poo picking, feeding, turn out. Bathed horses in prep for competition and took sole charge when Judy went to competitions for the day. Also helped loose school and set up show jumping courses

Equine Psychology and Sport science degree at Nottingham Trent University Knowledge in: Behaviour and welfare, Anatomy and physiology, Optimising performance and Rehabilitation. Passionate about welfare, did my dissertation on the impact of stable mirrors on reducing social isolation stress
