I studied Level 3 Equine Management at Riseholme College for a 2 year course and achieved a merit/merit.

I am currently at leadenham polo club as a polo groom in which I muck out stables,tack up for lessons/chukkas/ instructionals, as well as looking after the horses welfare on a day to day basis and looking after clients to make sure they are satisfied

I have alot of knowledge about the equine industry as I have worked on a showjumping / eventing yard as well as a race yard a polo club and a riding school, I have knowledge in basic veterinary care such as poulticing, bandaging etc. I also have a wide amount of knowledge in horse care and welfare and knowing if a horse needs extra attention such as veterinary care/ lameness/ colic etc.

I have worked with a small number of foals at a friends yard who bred polo horses, I have also led a small team at leadenham polo club where I am now to ensure our work was getting done efficiently and making sure our days ran as smoothly as possible as well as dealing with a high amount of horses of up to 30 to tack up in a few hours before a tournament and lessons and also looking after over 45 horses here at leadenham polo club.

I have ridden all kinds of different horses going from easy cobs to difficult throughbreads/ warm bloods, I am capable of flatwork and jumping up to 90cm

I have competed as a low level doing small shows around my area. At leadenham polo club we travel to a wide amount of tournaments every few months to compete with other clubs, a few of the places we have travelled to are rugby polo club, Rutland polo club, dart bloodstock, hickstead and many more.
