Duties of Current Occupation
As a current student at NTU, I practice morning and evening duties. This includes mucking out, grooming, turning them out, and tacking them up. I also had a volunteering opportunity to go in Florida, which included working for six days a week.
Equine Work Experience
Worked for 1 month in Wild Horse Rescue Centre in Ocala, Florida.

- Tasks included grooming, mucking out, putting on the bridle, changing waters, feeding
- Handling of wild horses, who are more unpredictable
- Work done outside of duties included lunging and teaching the horses using negative reinforcement.
- Ability to showcase horses' abilities during an Open Day
- Ability to work with untrained, more unpredictable horses
Type of Ride Work
I know basic riding (walk, trot, canter) but mainly focus on flatwork. Mostly very docile horses, but I love observing their different personalities. In the university, I also enjoy observing others in the arena when they ride, it teaches me several things like the individual horse gaits. I also have experience in Western riding, lunging, and natural horsemanship.
