Single handed farmer with 3000 ewes, I have an Irish draught and am very experienced with horses as well as livestock , I'm looking for a new career as I have spent my life on one farm. I will get stuck into absolutely everything/anything

I have owned and ridden horses since I was 4 years old I have competed in working hunter competitions and showing, I had an accident in September 22 where I was taking part in a farm ride on my ish and I fell off after jumping a hedge, he spooked and I came off and broke my L3 vertebrae I am fully recovered now and back in saddle. I'm very competent in clipping to a good standard I'm very good at all yard work, keeping everything tidy and the horses welfare is always top priority! I am just starting my course with BHS Equine first aid to help me gain a career with horses

I am a very hard working person, I have a degree in livestock production through Myerscough college I have had my own cattle alongside working with sheep, my passion now is horses and making a career away from my current home due to some family issues. I am also a business director (Wharmton Farming ltd) I can do all accounts and paperwork alongside physical work if needed I do prefer hands on work

I currently have a young Irish Draught, I enjoy learning with him. I have lessons every week to get me to learn with him after my accident in 2022
