I have qualifications from The Pony Club at levels C+, B and A Grade for both Road Rider and Horse and Pony Care, and this knowledge has deepened my understanding and attention to detail when dealing with vets, farriers and dental care. I also have considerable experience of stable management, tailoring specific requirements of food, bedding and general care to individual horses.

I have competed on, and been involved in the welfare and maintenance of horses throughout my life. I have been fortunate throughout my equestrian career to ride for a number of  owners, and have been given responsibility for training, exercising and supervising the care of several horses at any one time. Working with numerous horses and their individual, specific requirements is therefore  something that I am used to.

I have trained and competed, as a rider in top level Three Day Cross Country Events and Dressage competitions. I have successfully qualified for many competitions, and have won national Dressage and Three Day Event competitons and Championships, both as a team member, and individually.

Throughout my equestrian career, I have been fortunate to be trained by the likes of Owen Moore (Olympic Contender), and Jean-Paul Sheffield. I feel my ability to perform, train and maintain horses to a high standard has been influenced by these world class trainers.
