I have been on a yard since the age of 1 so grown up around horses and ponies of all types. Hunters, racers, eventers, dressage horses, breakers, scurry ponies, school ponies and mares and foals and I have just learnt on the job whilst helping with my aunts livery yard. I can conduct basic yard duties (mucking out, cleaning tack, grooming, feeding) to a very high standard and like to keep the yard clean and tidy. I like to be h9nest about my experience, I haven’t clipped or pulled manes but I am very keen to learn as well as being a quick learning. I can plait but I’m slow and it needs work. Equine first aid I can do to a basic level, bandaging etc but would want to learn more in that area. I can make quick and informed decisions if needed be about when t9 call the vet etc. any questions please ask.

I can ride to a good standard however I’m not a professional and not confident riding anything silly. I have popped a few cross poles a very long time ago, but not had the chance to jump since but it’s something I would love to work on. I have helped start breaking in youngsters but wouldn’t do it alone. I have leaned on the, etc but nothing else. I did go hunting a few times when a lot younger but not had the chance since. But I’m willing to give anything a go as long as it’s safe.
