Equine Work Experience
I have owned my horse for 16 years. I have also had experience in handling thoroughbred foals, youngsters and broodmares at college, as well as being present at foalings.
I have experience of riding many different types of horse, from little ponies to thoroughbreds.
I have had assessments in riding, lunging, long reining, bandaging and booting up, plaiting and preparing horses for presentation, all of which I have passed.
Also I have experience dealing with horses that have colic, lameness, laminitis and other veterinary problems & first aid and dealing with the recovery process plus helping to prevent it happening again.
