Bio
I have been working at a racing yard for around three years now. I have worked my way up from a weekend staff member to becoming a senior member of staff, But now Im looking for a change. I would like to move away from racing and try something new .Duties of Current Occupation
Managing a yard of 50+ race horses Normal yard duties Checking legs, able to identify injuries and can handle them effectively.
Equine Work Experience
I have worked for Lucinda Russell for 3 years starting off as a groom at 15 and now a manager at 17. Working with all types of horses with different temperaments. I have also looked after horses of all ages.
Specialities
I have worked with foals and youngsters including handling colts. I also have led horses up at the races and have prepared them before and after racing. I have experience in breaking in horses and have broken in my own youngster.
Type of Ride Work
I can ride to a decent level, jumping and flat work.
Competition Details
I have worked in racing yards, preparing horses at the racing including platting and quarter marks.
