I have over 20 years experience working in the equestrian industry, for the last 10 of the, I was Head of Equestrian department’s or the Head Girl so I have plenty of management experience for both equine and people.

Duties of Current Occupation

Management inc rotas, billing, health and safety, social media, all yard duties, backing and breaking, competition grooming.

Equine Work Experience

I have a huge amount of equine experience. I am comfortable handling big competition horses, my current horse is an Oldenburg by Jovian I bought as an unbacked 3 year old. As Head girl on a racing yard I am comfortable dealing with all types of injuries. With the experience I have I am calm in stressful situations.

Specialities

My speciality would be running big business yards. Lucinda Russel had 120 horses in training during my time as Head girl for her. As Head of Equestrian at Gleneagles I over saw all business decisions and development of the department.

Competition Details

I started competing as a youngster in all pony club activities, although living on a small Scottish Island slightly hindered me. Once at college I did some 1.10m - 1.20m show jumping, competed at elementary level dressage and unaffiliated eventing. I have also produced Working Hunters for HOYS but due to injury I could not compete.
